Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica across the entire spectrum of our business: Accounting/Finance, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production, Customer Management and CRM. Acumatica allowed us to have a fully integrated ERP system where we could accomplish handling our existing processes inside of one ERP system. We are a manufacturer that is just getting started so we have been able to modify the system to fit our desired business practices.

Acumatica VAR/Partner
We use Acumatica for all of our finance and accounting transactions from general ledger to Accounts Payable to Accounts Receivable to cash transactions. We use it to track our lot/serial numbers through a pretty complicated manufacturing process and use the Bill of Materials functionality to track production activities from raw materials through Finished Goods production.
Much less expensive than other applications that i've used in the past. Also, the sales process and customer acquisition process is a much less pressured engagement and they let the product and support provided speak for itself. With some of the bigger, well known applications that i've used in my past, we always had to have a full suite of IT professionals in house supporting the ERP system and would be forced into upgrades when they stopped supporting the version that we were using.

Acumatica is well suited for any organization that has a need to rapidly deploy a full solution ERP system. It works well for small organizations that don't have a lot of resources or internal IT resources. It is likely less appropriate for organizations that have a lot of legacy processes that they aren't willing to adapt to the system's capabilities.
