Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate
We are using it in the customer education group, creating eLearning videos on software use.
Pros
- Software usage tutorrials
- Introduction videos with audio
- Practice demos of software steps
Cons
- Crashes too often
- Tutorials are not very helpful, usually do not answer the question
I have used Articulate just a bit, Captivate is much better for what I do.
