Lot's of opaque functionality from an engineering side, not an easy integration
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
We use Marketo Engage for lead management on our cloud product and across the organization. Specifically for keeping track of sign ups and syncing to Salesforce. This is done through an integration with Segment.

- In my opinion, the UI is confusing, slow, and often has bugs
- Integrations are unclear for testing and tracing
- Navigation has a lot of room for improvement
- Lead duplication is not easy to manage
- User traits are difficult to manage with existing schema
- Permissions are not easy to understand

The sales outcomes would be driving growth and conversion by connecting marketing campaigns to user signups on our cloud products. I think it handles the lead generation well in the case outside of my organization? Again, in my opinion it doesn't facilitate the goals from engineering as there is a ton of opaque behaviors and difficulty debugging.
