Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

Marketo was our MAP at my previous org. It was chosen to replace a MAP more suited to smaller orgs and we wanted to use an Enterprise level platform. All of our marketing activities were run through Marketo eg. Email, events, social etc.
Marketo is simply the best platform on the market for marketing automation, particularly if you use SFDC too. Don’t be fooled by the old fashioned interface. It can do almost everything.

  • Analytics. Reporting is the one area that Marketo needs to be stronger in
  • Interface. It’s always a hard sell internally due to looking like something from the 90s.

Increase revenue from marketing for both new business and cross/up sell.
for all of the above the key is automation at scale. Marketo is excellent at this and far superior to other tools.
I’ve selected Marketo multiple times at different orgs as it’s the best MAP available. It has very few weaknesses whereas the other have far more pro’s and con’s
