Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We are currently using Adobe Sign in a few ways across our organization. We onboard hundreds sometime thousands of new employees each week through our ATS system. Adobe Sign is integrated with that system to be able to easily send the needed information, pre-employment screenings and needed documentation directly to our new employees.

We are also using Adobe Sign for our contracting process. We use the Microsoft Teams integration to make the training and accessibility much more simple.
  • Easy to send documents.
  • Being able to create templates for reusable documents.
  • Third-party integrations.
  • Once we send a contract to a customer and they want to make adjustments, it is required that we create an entirely different document instead of being able to make adjustments and track the changes.
  • It would be nice to be able to customize [the] view more specifically, instead of just by the "Group" the user is a member of.
  • Having a notes tracking system that is more visible between the sender and receiver.
  • Switching to Adobe Sign saved a lot of money from the previous contracting software we were using.
  • Negative impact is the lack of ability to edit documents instead of having to create new ones.
  • Saves a lot of time once the templates are created.
Unfortunately, the previous representative we worked with always had a hard time finding our business account and would follow up on items that were already addressed or that we mentioned were non-issue.

The ability to get answers quickly is difficult if the answer you are looking for is not found in the knowledge base articles. The knowledge base articles are great though!
Super easy to use and if properly integrated accessibility is great!
We use this for our employee on-boarding process: I-9, W-4, tax documents, company policy manuals and other third-party integrations. The ability to integrate with our ATS system is excellent because we are able to create custom documents in Adobe Sign and they will auto appear in the ATS system to be sent out. This integration also allows the information added by candidates and employees to automatically be added into the system.

This is also used for sending contracts and sensitive documents over to customers and internally within our organization.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat Sign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

We occasionally use DocuSign because it is free but it is not as robust and seems to lack some security function. However, the cost comparison is not even close when it comes to Quote Roller. We were on the base plan and the transition was a no-brainer.
Adobe Sign is great for employee on boarding and sending secure documents/contracts to clients.

It is less useful if you are sharing documents that require collaboration or one persons sign off but multiple viewers.
