Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is being used by Human Resources for forms which require employee signature/acknowledgement (such as open enrollments) and it's also being used by Finance for forms which require employee signature/acknowledgement (such as compliance). We are also evaluating using it for our sales/service contracts. It makes our processes more efficient by obtaining signatures quickly on-the-go and it's also helpful that the Adobe Sign server retains a copy of the signed paperwork..
  • I love that recipients can sign documents on the go (such as right from their phone). It makes my job that much more efficient and frees me up to do other work.
  • I love that Adobe Sign lets me know when a document has been circulated to the next party. It takes the guess work out of tracking progress on a document.
  • It would be great if automatic reminders were sent when a document hasn't been signed within a certain amount of time (vs. having to go back in and manually send a reminder).
  • When sending an agreement out for signature, have a contacts list (stored from history) to pull from with check boxes next to each name so I can select them. The order that I select them would be the order that the agreement is circulated in.
  • Have a "Quick Tips" area on the home page which rotates different Adobe Sign "how-to's" every week (and an archive list in case someone missed a feature and wants to see it.
  • While Adobe Sign has been great, it hasn't been fully accepted at my current workplace because many employees still have an old school mindset, which includes working with hard copies and manual signatures. I'm currently trying to change that with our sales/service contracts because I do think there would be tremendous value using Adobe Sign in this area.
I have used support only a handful of times and while it has been helpful there is always room for improvement. It would be great if the chat support was right on the main Adobe Sign page and it didn't take you to another window.
While training people, they do find it a little difficult to comprehend. Maybe post a little tutorial on the homepage for sending agreements?

The part I have struggled with at times is creating forms with the codes. It used to be SO MUCH easier. While I have been able to figure it out, I did find the support documentation somewhat difficult to follow. For lack of a better term, you need to "dumb it down" and provide more examples with the instructions.
As noted earlier, we use it for HR forms (such as open enrollments) and finance forms (compliance such as corporate credit cards). We definitely don't use it daily, but I'm hoping we use it more frequently.

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

I selected Adobe Sign again because I was comfortable using it (since I used it at my last job). I also selected it because it was cheaper than DocuSign, which is certainly helpful.
Adobe Sign is well-suited for Human Resources forms that need to be signed by a large group of employees. It's also well-suited for contracts (if the parties are comfortable with electronic copies). I used it for contracts in my last job and I was instrumental in getting it on board at my current workplace.

Unfortunately, Adobe Sign isn't fully accepted in the legal affairs environment on an international platform (even if electronic signatures are legal).
