Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Worfkforce Now only in our US operations. We have not extended it nationwide yet. This is a problem because we cannot link all of our companies together as we want.
- Reports are very easy to use and modify.
- ADP Workforce Now is a one source [solution] for payroll, timekeeping, ATS, benefits, and HRIS. There is one login for all instead of going to separate modules.
- Customer Service is great and always willing to assist.
- Attendance tracking capability. Our company uses a point system where some roll off after 6 months. We have yet to be able to use ADP for this function; our attendance policy is not compatible.
- HRIS needs some improvement.
- I do not have this information. However, ADP Workforce Now has allowed HR to spend more time on other tasks since employees have access to their ADP.
- Employees have the ability to enroll in their own benefits through ADP.
- Employees can view their pay information without HR having to hand out paystubs.
- Employees have the ability to request for PTO and make changes to personal information.
