Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP WFN as an entire organization. We use it for all employee data tracking (including promotions, pay changes, etc.) and performance management. We fully utilize benefits, including open enrollment functions.
- It's modern-looking to the end user.
- It's fairly user friendly for the end user.
- Reporting is not always easy to navigate. Fields can be very difficult to find & existing reports cannot be edited to the extent needed.
- Customer service. You can be on hold for extremely long periods of time.
- It's had a positive impact on our annual reviews, allowing us to create a standardized way to give employee feedback.
- It's negatively affected the business by the amount of time HR has had to take to complete some functions in ADP that shouldn't have been that complicated.
- None
At this time we have not integrated a system with ADP WFN that I'm aware of. If we have I was not part of that to know.
