Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now has allowed HR and payroll functions to become seamless which has strengthened the relationship between the two departments. We are now able to conduct open enrollment online, house our company policies and procedures, and keep track of a lot more information rather than having to keep many spreadsheets which takes more time.
  • Timekeeping.
  • Benefit enrollment.
  • Time off accruals are challenging.
  • It has allowed for our employees to manage there own information.
the ability to integrate data with other systems has been great.

  • Retirement Account
It was not difficult, we were able to get a specialist to assist and the work took less than a week.
I believe ADP is easier to use than other products.
Workforce Now is well suited in its ability to make HR functions easier and less time-consuming.
