Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We are using this across the whole company. We use this for payroll, benefits, time and attendance and human resources. It is helpful to keep track of everything in one place.
Pros
- Customer care - they are always there to help with whatever problem you may have.
- Education - they have many classes and webinars that you can do to keep up with the changing times.
Cons
- OSHA reports at the end of the year should include all departments not just the ones that have an event.
- Having a dedicated person that helps us to know that we are utilizing all the components that we are paying for.
- They seem to meet most of our objectives.
- Payroll
- Time and attendance
It was a little challenging at first but once you get the hang of it it is pretty easy.
We chose them because they offered so many things that worked together and they always seem to be ahead of what is coming out next.
