Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using Workforce Now as a full HRM system. We use everything from the benefits module to compensation and performance management. It allows us to analyze trends, look at recruiting and onboarding, and retention. This has allowed me to provide accurate information and relevant data to make decisions about the business from an HR managerial level.

I still think there are things they could improve from a reporting function. I don't think this would be the optimal tool for 500 or more employees. But for now it works.

This is not on ADP, this is on my SAP team. They can't seem to get with the program!
I believe that Workforce Now gives us the flexibility to implement programs based on how we want them to run. I can run performance management tools and drive them against the compensation model and allow for better decision making processes when it comes to how bonuses and increases are paid.
