Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Workforce Now is utilized primarily for timekeeping and payroll services.
  • Easy to use.
  • Cost effective.
  • Variety of services/products available.
  • Constant updates usually end up creating some technical issues, have to wait for bugs to be worked out.
  • Reporting functions could use improvement; i.e., some reports don't work at all but they stay in the list.
  • It meets our objectives based on cost and products we utilize.
  • There are a lot of products available to fit your company's needs.
As a small company, the functions we use work for us. My only comment is that all of the updates make employees have to re-do their log in access frequently.

We ended up not utilizing ADP's services for these features. Cost-wise as well as the specificity around our benefits plans didn't quite fit with ADP platforms.

Online Support Ticket process works well as long as it's not a time-sensitive issue. Takes several days or longer at times to resolve my issues. Calling the Support Center usually gets a return phone call in a timely manner for more urgent issues. Support representatives are always professional and help to try and resolve the issue.
Rather than managing payroll in-house, this is a good option for small, mid-size and large companies. Quarterly tax filings are taken care of, easy to update DOL rate changes, uploading of time & attendance and submitting payroll is usually a seamless process. Help Desk Support tickets are great for non time-sensitive issues.
