Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it daily for timekeeping and and HRIS system.
  • Easy to use and navigate
  • 95% time it is up and available
  • The tiles make sense of where things belong
  • When I am looking at a person whose last name starts with a M, I want to be able to click the search button and start with the person I am on, in the M list, not start at the top with A. I usually work on stuff in alphabetical order.
  • HSA direct deposit and deductions are very confusing, I wish there was another way to set up those.
  • If I have to edit something, like a title, it is awful to try and delete and re-enter; it not user friendly.
  • Frees me up to do other HR related items
  • Reduces the amount of paper used, managers can enter hours and increases vs sending them by paper to me
We are fairly small, so there isn't much I send to departments to handle.
It was too long ago to remember.

Whenever I call with problems, 99% of our problems are fixed.
It is easy to use for a company our size. If a company were to be upwards of 500+ employees, it could be difficult to manage timekeeping and hours.
