We use it daily for timekeeping and and HRIS system.

When I am looking at a person whose last name starts with a M, I want to be able to click the search button and start with the person I am on, in the M list, not start at the top with A. I usually work on stuff in alphabetical order.
HSA direct deposit and deductions are very confusing, I wish there was another way to set up those.
If I have to edit something, like a title, it is awful to try and delete and re-enter; it not user friendly.

Frees me up to do other HR related items
Reduces the amount of paper used, managers can enter hours and increases vs sending them by paper to me

We are fairly small, so there isn't much I send to departments to handle.

Whenever I call with problems, 99% of our problems are fixed.

It is easy to use for a company our size. If a company were to be upwards of 500+ employees, it could be difficult to manage timekeeping and hours.
