Our account manager is very good. Support can be better by just reading the problem on support connect and communicating directly there. It is hard to stay on the phone in a busy HR department.
Easy system to set up employee profiles. Support request is a good idea, but needs to be utilized better. If a situation is explained in support request then no need to call and explain again.
