Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use WFN to pay people by loading external time data sheets per company. We connected WFN with Concur recently. We implemented the Full-Service Wage Garnishments in 2020. We manage and download the GLI files for import into our ERP system. We also utilize tax services. The only downside is that we need an experienced ADP account manager assigned to us to help with various matters due to our tenure, company size, and expected growth by end of 2022 to over 1,000 employees. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with WFN.
  • Continuous self-improvements!
  • Integration with other systems.
  • Allows employers to manage GLI mapping, etc. on their own with ease.
  • Reporting has improved tremendously over the last year.
  • Integration with Merrill Lynch is lacking ease and is very expensive.
  • Need clarifications on how to use some of the employment profile fields, personalized training will go a long way!
  • Need to have a way to do a file import for net to gross pay instead of manual entry per employee. It becomes cumbersome with 200+ people to pay in one payroll.
  • WFN keeps us in compliance!
  • The system is easy to use, everyone can do it!
  • WFN needs more experienced account managers to support major clients like our company.
Before I took over, the system we have was being completely underutilized. I am in awe of what our WFN can do and strive to automate as many of our processes as possible. The best part is that WFN is continually improving itself and provides free training materials.
  • SAP Concur connector was successfully integrated.
  • Greenhouse Onboarding was not integrated due to cost constraints.
  • E-time (enhanced time and attendance premise-based) was not integrated due to cost and Covid constraints. We will be looking to replace E-Time with a different time collection and accrual system in the next couple of years.
SAP Concur was a seamless integration.

Do you think ADP Workforce Now delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ADP Workforce Now's feature set?

Yes

Did ADP Workforce Now live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of ADP Workforce Now go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

I would have given 10 if we still had our previous ADP Account Manager. However, he got promoted (well deserved!), but then we got someone inexperienced in his place. I do understand everyone needs to learn and grow, but for a major account, we expect nothing but the best support.
It is very easy to use! I had no prior payroll experience when I started and thanks to our amazing ADP account manager assigned to us at that time, I have learned a lot, achieved system improvements, and learned how to properly utilize the great tools WFN offers!
