Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP WFN is used by all our US employees for benefits/payroll administration.
  • Tenacious support team
  • Clear guides in the Bridge
  • Great organization of platform
  • Long wait times for phone support and limited chat functionality
  • Archived reports are hard to access because it is not common sense
  • Submitting Payroll - too easy to accidentally submit when you're trying to review
  • Negative - Inefficiencies when waiting for support
  • Positive - Organized and reliable employee data
  • Negative - Manual labor required for mass updates
We're a pretty small team and I'm the only admin so it works well for us, but it might not for a more complex situation.

The support team is wonderful but support availability needs improvement. I sometimes wait over an hour to talk to someone, which is unacceptable for an urgent payroll issue.
ADP is the best solution for processing payroll. That said, there is still room for improvement with support availability, reporting functionality, and payroll processes.
