ADP is my go to solution for all my workforce needs!

Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used as the primary application for HR/Payroll processes throughout the whole business. We are still newcomers to ADP Workforce Now with less than 6 months of use but are loving it overall. ADP Workforce Now helps mitigate payroll problems through ease of use. Additionally, managing and processing employee time cards is very easy. Many employees also utilize the ADP Workforce Now app which has helped immensely as we have multiple locations that employees can clock in at. I am excited to learn more about ADP Workforce Now through their learning center!
  • Ease of use for users.
  • The help icons are good refreshers and help greatly.
  • PTO requesting/receiving.
  • After updates, the system is often buggy, which is annoying.
  • Running custom reports is an awesome addition but it is complicated for new users.
  • The app is not really reliable for the technologically challenged. Maybe add an option to save users and pass on their phone. I do know the app allows for fingerprints, which is nice.
  • We love the custom reporting tools.
We use ADP Workforce Now in all of our departments and at multiple locations, and it has worked pretty good most of the time. Any scaling we may do in the future will be easy with ADP Workforce Now and their software. As for using ADP Workforce Now across departments, it works seamlessly. There are designated codes for departments so it is as easy as knowing the codes and plugging them in as needed.

Most of the integrations were easy enough to implement with help from the ADP setup teams.
isolved was not practical for a business of our size. isolved was also a pain on the administrator end to use, employees could not view their own times, requests, etc. Additionally, it was not very user-friendly. ADP Workforce Now has touched and improved upon these points which makes them the top choice for us. ADP Workforce Now also offered way more for a better price!

All of the support we have had from initial quoting all the way to actual implementation has been great. ADP Workforce Now was able to train us up before going live and were able to work around the time when we were free. We never felt too pressured by their implementation team (so long we all stayed on track) and they were always more than happy to answer any and all questions we had.
ADP Workforce Now is a great product to use for medium/large businesses. It makes many of the tedious things like PTO, payroll, HR tasks, and taxes, simple. There are endless possibilities with their custom reports and analytics tools, which can give great insight into your business that you may have not considered in the past. ADP Workforce Now is one of the most user-friendly products that you can get, but it can be quite daunting when you are an administrator/practitioner. There is so much content for each section and it can be overwhelming at times.
