Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is our main HCM system and is used for all aspects of payroll.
  • It is easy to use.
  • It can be glitchy.
  • It has freed up time to take on other tasks.
  • It is easy for the occasional users to find the information/data they seek.
We have over 50 different companies we process payroll for and can do so quite easily.
  • Our external onboarding system.
It took some time and work, but it works ok.
