Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is our current platform for payroll and the HRIS for benefits and connectivity with vendors. We are reviewing their performance management portal, compensation, document cloud, and potential applicant tracking system. Learning module may be reviewed at a later date.

  • ability to find what I am looking for easily is sometime hard
  • customizable fields sometime lack
  • generating reports can be challenging
  • proactive customer service - checking in to see how things are going
  • sometime follow up and follow through is lacking
  • It makes payroll easy to run
  • sometimes the time it takes to build a report is wasted time when trying to reach an expert within the reporting team
  • using the online support system is good and bad because sometimes you need feedback immediately
  • having a dedicated team is great so that we can call someone right away - still work in progress
  • piece meal pricing is terrible and the wrong business model - would love to see economies of scale based on platforms purchased
It does what it is supposed to do. Maintain data and pay folks appropriatey.

I always look for proactive customer service and not one where I am having to call to present a problem, an idea, a challenge, or the like.
The professional services model that we partnered with this year is making things a little easier to navigate. The 800 number to access a plan manager was challenging when it came to urgent issues or challenges that arose during the day. Banking issues still happen with our payroll and wiring funds from ADP. Troubleshooting tax issues and refunds is often a challenge.
