Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

  • Employee management: We manage all employees' personal info and employment info, we have a good visual on our employee data/average tenure/location/cost
  • Benefits: open enrolment and benefit management through ADP, we use EDI feeds with all carriers, we have accurate enrollments, almost no enrollment issues
  • 401K retirement services: SSO and easy for employees to access, manage their plan, directly feeds into payroll
  • Time and attendance and time off

  • a very large number of reports and very easy system to create custom reports
  • good admin system, easy for HR to manage the system, manage validation tables, policies, etc
  • self portal and mobile app for employees
  • mobile app for practitioners
  • positive but I don't have an exact number
scalable for large organizations but I don't know about multiple company codes

The calabrio integration was dropped. The Success Factors integration was a one way EDI but it was very lengthy with a lot of complications due to success factors issues
ADP is easier to use, more flexible, and provides more functions

call center support is great. the agents are on point, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve the issue. The account managers are harder to reach.
it has all the critical functionalities, compliance, and very easy to use interface
