Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I process bi-weekly payroll for CDS. We also use essential time. No issues with either system

  • Automation of bonus process
  • Direct deposit workflows
  • More efficient payroll processing
  • Better tracking of turnover / onboarding
  • PTO tracking from Request to Time off Balances is very efficient
I sometimes find it difficult to 'filter' reports for our various units, especially the Detailed Results in payroll processing

Essential Time is great, LMS will likely be changed, we do not like this system. Just started with ADP's 401(k)

I can get an answer on simple questions, but anything that involves our account rep or IT is long and drawn out, sometimes never resolved. I have had service connect cases open for over 9 months.
ADP's Payroll Dashboard is very comprehensive and easy to navigate. We have multiple units (70), which sometimes makes it difficult to navigate the various units with one Company payroll
