Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for payroll processing. It has made it much easier to process payroll, and being able to access it from any computer is convenient. We were not able to do that with our previous software. It is much easier to run reports and look up information.

It does pretty well with this. The only issue we have is when other departments do not know how to use it. Better training on how to use the product for people would be nice.

Once we figured out how it worked, it was great. Setting it up was difficult and we didn't get the best implementation team. They didn't seem to know all the ins and outs of the product, which left me to figure it out on my own.

Alternatives Considered

Paycor

I do like ADP better. It has more functionality and I like the overall look and ease of use of the site. The only issue with ADP as compared to Paycor is that the amount of fees for things like amendments or previous quarter adjustments is extreme.

It takes them a while to get back to me, and they don't always seem to have an answer to the problem. I think ADP could work on improving this.

ADP is well-suited for processing payroll. We used to do everything in-house and it took us a long time to process. Now it is much easier and quicker to process payroll. It is also well-suited for timekeeping. We used to use paper timesheets, and now people can clock in and out, so their times are more accurate. When it works, it is awesome. But there are many glitches, and then people will complain to me that it isn't working, and I have to try to find a workaround and put a service ticket in to get it looked at. Many times it fixes itself before I get an answer back. It would just be nice if there were less glitches.
