Keeping track of employees' attendance, payroll, and garnishments. And staying in compliance with State and Federal Laws.

  • User-friendly system for supervisors.
  • Reliable ADP staff that answers all questions and follow up on cases.
  • Reports can be more friendly to users.
  • ADP account manager handling too many accounts at once.
  • Easy to use the system, saving time for HR administrative duties.
  • Time used on creating reports.
  • Time used on complying with State and Federal taxes.
Our company doesn't use ADP across multiple departments, only for supervisors to review time cards and approve time off requests.

Workforce Now is a great system; I just wish that ADP account managers would have fewer accounts to handle.
I've been using ADP Workforce for more than ten years. Have also worked with other payroll companies as well, but ADP is at the top of my list. The company is reliable and professional and offers many different products and services for its client's needs.
