Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I use ADP to process payroll. Our newest issue is using the PTO in ADP. We used to keep it in our other system and only import the PTO. We have been struggling with getting accurate balances and accruals and have struggled to get good answers. Sometimes we get more of a mess than help.
- Works well with importing time
- The new tabs to make it easy to switch back and forth from the employee pay and benefits pages
- Allows employees to view their information, easily
- I absolutely love the chat feature but sometimes I get such advice that things are made worse, I would love more knowledgeable reps
- I get a lot of errors on payroll day about not being able to save changes and it really slows me down and sometimes I miss things because I thought they saved.
- I wish I was better at reporting but at summit the reporting sessions don't really get focused on payroll

I was not involved with either, they were both onboarded before I started with the company but they work great.
