Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Airtable at Learning Shift for user surveys, research and feedback. It allows me to have everything in one place rather than different documents. It has great flexibility for modifying the bases and I love the templates. I am also managing a program for a non-profit and Airtable has helped me with the tracking of the volunteers in this program. The fact that it allows viewers to see the information has contributed to include more people in this tool.

Pros and Cons

It's a very flexible tool. You can adapt to very specific cases.
It provides templates in case you don't know how to start.
Blocks of Airtable allow you to add a lot more than any tool I've seen.

The learning curve is a little steep. The tutorials are good but I think they could improve.

Positive: manage data more effectively.

Alternatives Considered

I think Airtable could be used for even more collaborative projects.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's a fantastic tool for non-profits for keeping the information in one place.
It might be not too effective for short projects or too simple ones.
