Overall Satisfaction with Amazon Chime
Amazon Chime is being used by a client of ours to communicate with us during our contract. We are working on two projects for them and to communicate with them in the northeastern area and us in Oklahoma, we us Amazon Chime. We love using it for the sheer ease of sharing our screens and viewing each other's faces.

- Live captioning would be nice.
- Participation tools such as polls.
- The basic user interface makes it feel like it's lacking in technology.
- Inclusiveness of all employees across states.
- Things gets communicated better.
- It's a necessary technology to have now.
Amazon Chime stacks up cleaner and much more intuitive to Google Hangouts Chat. In comparison to Slack, Amazon Chime is much better because Slack is not conducive to having a face-to-face conversation, much less, screen sharing. Microsoft Teams was hard to use when some of our users had Mac computers.
