Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR
Ascentis HR is our people management for Build.com. It is used throughout the company by each employee to track
- The system is flexible and allows for me and my team to structure the system to work for us.
- Ascentis HR customer support is phenomenal. I can call Dave, Cooper, Brian, Mary-Ellen, or Bahiya and get immediate and excellent customer service. In the world of people management software that is extremely valuable to me and my time.
- ACA reporting and support has been an extremely valuable tool.
- Ascentis has had some problems with the system going down for periods of time, I think part of that is Novatime and part of that is Ascentis itself.
- The supervisor interface is not always as "dummy proof" as I would like, and could be more intuitive for the supervisor user.
- Ascentis HR again is a great tool for the admin user, overall it has decreased admin time overall.
- The flip side of that the buck has been passed to the supervisor and user to deal with the on-going quirks with Ascentis and reduced that level of productivity.
- ADP and Kronos Workforce Central
ADP lacks any ability to modify the system to meet the company or user need, and poor customer service.
Kronos seemed to have a combined issue of poor customer service and really the system looked and felt behind.

From on-boarding the product, ACA submissions, and general day to day questions they have never failed in providing exceptional support. They remember who you are, what your business is and what your previous issues have been, they pivot professionally to meet your every need and provide follow up even after you have resolution.
