Overall Satisfaction with Avaya UCaaS

I am trained in Avaya Sales of UCaaS capability. My organization deploys, implements, and maintains Avaya Unified Communications in the DOE, Navy, United States Marine Corps, & Air Force. From my partner knowledge there hasn't been any business problems between our two organizations, but I am sure there have been some hardships and issues that the end customer has run into.
