Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We're currently working with AVI-SPL on an audio-visual system overhaul of one of our classrooms in the College of Humanities. I am not actively involved with the technical aspect (installation, maintenance, support, etc.) so I cannot comment on that. I'm handling the purchase and have been communicating with Matt Gibbons. Matt has been very responsive and has kept us updated on the project. So, thus far, my experience with the company has been positive.
- Responds quickly to emails
- Provides detailed info on the equipment
- Keeps us updated on the project they're assisting with
- Some equipment has been delayed, but not really an AVI-SPL issue as not all items are readily available
- Cannot comment until the project is complete. There have been some delays due to some items not being in stock
The project they're assisting with does not involve remote work.
