Overall Satisfaction with BDRSuite

Its a user friendly BDR system, even with entry technical level can easy navigate around the dashboard and smaller configurations.
The review for Vembu Backup and disaster recovery solution is one the best all-in-one suite packages. It's very rare to get such a combination of features in one goes at a reasonable price, I highly recommend the BDR.Vembu is in use on daily basis in my environment, from file backup, and application backup to Microsoft Hyper-V image backup. On top of this, we also include the Offsite BDR as well which is an add-up solution that guarantees the safety of your data storage.

Pros

  • Quick and straightforward implementation procedures.
  • Backup speed and accuracy of data.
  • Image integrity check report feature for image servers like Hype-V and others.
  • Easy data recovery once needed.Strong backup encryption features.

Cons

  • The file backup feature for the new Mac OS still has hiccups.
  • The new version 15 dashboard is good but it missing important information like when will be next backup schedule, only the last successful shows.
  • The administrator is not able to remove an old ID from the dashboard.
  • Provides comfort to company data.
  • Scalling-up since almost all important processes are autonomous.
  • Company operations don't get disturbed even in event of computer or server failure.

Vembu BDR is successful to combine all necessary backup features needed, from local file backup to cloud computing solutions like AWS and Microsoft Azure.The new upgrades to fix small bugs takes long time to be released, instead fresh installation comes first.
