Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

BigCommerce allows us to sell our sports nutritional supplements direct to our customers. It's maintained by our web team which sits in our marketing department.

BigCommerce is very decently scalable, and opening up their API should yield an even better score.

Unfortunately we lack the development resources internally to take advantage of the more open API and not enough third-party platforms have jumped on board with meaningful apps yet.
We use various third-party apps which allow us to customise the customer experience for the better.
Used Neto Commerce previously (~4 years ago).
BigCommerce is a decent platform for medium to large businesses.
