Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BigCommerce as a platform to run our online store, so it’s used across the whole organization. BigCommerce is an easy-to-use platform that allows us to maintain our website.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use - I can update quantities of items and add/remove items fairly easily.
Great customer service.

More options for design layouts that do not cost extra would be nice.
I’d love to have the feature where if you hover over the image, another image will show, so customers can see the backside of products without having to click on the product to view other images.

Another update that I’d like to see besides the image viewing is the ability to have multiple color and size options that can be customized. Currently, we have multiple colors available in certain items, but there isn’t a way to set the sizing and colors available. We have to list all colors and all sizes.

Likelihood to Recommend

BigCommerce is a great platform for products that only have a single image, however, for clothing, it would be great to have an updated look so customers can view front and back of clothing without going to the product page.
