Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

We use Birdeye to consolidate our social media into one platform in order to respond to customers in a timely manner without having to use multiple pages to keep track of conversations and reviews. It helps manage conversations and make sure we don't miss any potential leads or areas of improvement.

It is super convenient to have all of our messages and reviews from multiple platforms in one place to respond more quickly to customers and make sure we are providing exceptional customer service to everyone. The automated responses are super helpful for when we are not in the office or are closed for special holidays or occasions to make sure customers know we got the message and will reach out soon.
