Birdeye is great for many reasons. It's an easy to use platform and the onboarding team is thorough. The support team is amazing. We have Sunny, as our support expert and he is fantastic. Our tickets are resolved quickly, he's extremely responsive and if we don't understand something or want to change something he will meet us over zoom to discuss.
