Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

It's all about customer communication for us. It allows us to use one platform to communicate with our customers no matter how they would like to communicate with us. The integration with out POS system to send surveys and review requests has been key in getting more information while getting more public reviews.

We have had many customers ask how they can communicate with us. The good thing with Birdeye is the they can use any way that they would like and it all shows up on one page. While there have been some issues with this, They are always there to step in to try to sole the problem. The conversations on the app dont always load or refresh fast enough so sometimes we have multiple staff responding at once and that can be both confusing for us and for our customers

They are great and responsive when we have issues. It may not be the fastest sometimes but they always get an answer no matter how many people they need to call in

Using Birdeye

Its pretty intuitive in general and they have plenty of help available should you need them or have any questions
