Overall Satisfaction with Bitrix24
Bitrix24 is implemented in our marketing department and is used to manage our customer relations and better collaboration. Setting up this tool is quite easy and we can integrate this software with other tools and can make our work more convenient. It is a highly flexible tool. So this tool should work on its customer team.

1CRM was not so smart tool and firstly it took us a very long time to understand the basic working of 1CRM that is why I admire the ease Bitrix24 has provided us that its interface is clean and all the features are visible and obvious. We don’t have to spend much of our time in the understanding working of it.
