I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to look up constituents, add actions or notes, and monitor the progress of giving proposals. Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT provides an easy and convenient way to quickly lookup constituent records and perform the tasks listed above. I also like the fact that I can access Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT on a mobile device.
- Well organized constituent records
- Easily accessible on desktop and mobile platforms
- Can easily create lists of constituents
- I would like for Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to mirror the database view more. In my role, I need to be able to run specific reports and cannot do so with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
- Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT needs to be clearer and more trustworthy in terms of fund reporting and should match up with what database view reports
- More customization in running exports in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
- Easily access constituent records
- Do not need Citrix to run Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
- Is much more stable and reliable than database view
- Although the office uses Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT at times, we don't appear to be using its total functionality of it.
We do not utilize the analytics and data on Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. We use a database view for analytics and data.
