Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We use Raiser's Edge NXT to manage our donors, their giving, event attendance, volunteer participation, prospect research, and our relationship with that donor. We also use Raiser's Edge NXT to create lists and queries, and to send emails to our constituencies. All of this allows us to organize the information without the use of spreadsheets. It also gives all of our users access to this information, so they can quickly and easily see the full story of a donor.

  • Time is constantly being saved through the automated features provided by NXT.

We are constantly learning new things about our donor base! We are able to do this too without additional time and resources spent, just by looking at the insights provided on the donor's record. From here, we can focus in on which donors to cultivate and ask for larger or more frequent gifts.
  • No Training
Raiser's Edge NXT is a much more user-friendly database, especially for our front-end fundraisers that are just looking to see information quickly. It is much easier for me, as the database manager, to send our users to the database, when I know it will not be a difficult process for them.

Raiser's Edge NXT is great for managing a wide facet of donor activities that couldn't be managed in a spreadsheet or in a smaller database. If you have events, volunteers, donations, and are in email communication with your database, NXT provides a great way to use all of those features within one software.
