Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We utilize Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for fundraising management, as well as our credit card transactions, event support and more. The tools are simple to use and improves efficiency for our small office. Being cloud-based assists with being able to access the files anywhere and also having several login options enables our office to allow others access to the information they need. In talking to colleagues at other institutions, I feel we definitely have the best product for our needs!

I felt the training was good, however, online is always a hurdle due to having other distractions and lack of the full 100% attention that an in-person training provides.

Utilizing Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and the Online Express tools has been a huge asset in our events. In a time where people prefer to pay via credit card, it is so helpful to have the easy to create platform for them to register themselves and input the data. This has created a reduction in database management hours in our office, and also allowed us to likely receive more ticket sales/online donations due to the ease.
