Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization uses Blackline in all parts of our Accounting close process - for journal processing, tasks, and reconciliations. We also use additional functionality they offer like matching, automated journals, and much more. The Blackline interface is very user friendly and helps keep all things close tasks organized, especially in such a large company with so many teams and tasks/journal entries.

I love the task module in Blackline. It is so easy to add reminders for regular tasks which makes transitions among team members easier so nothing falls through the cracks. It is also great for record keeping because it is so easy to look through past period's work papers rather than searching through old folders or shared drives. Blackline is well organized and user friendly.
