Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use it as a one-stop shop for all systems we use in the urgent care clinic. It has everything from Human Resources application, to patient care resources, to our education links. It allows us to log in and see all the required systems to complete our jobs as healthcare providers.

  • Allows us to easily search for updates and policies needed to resource to perform daily functions.
  • Has the link for our required education.
  • I don’t have any issues with the current user platform. Everything I need is easily viewed. I would only ask my company to be able to use a single sign on option to eliminate having to log in to the multiple applications required to do the job.
  • I am not at the level to see those numbers. However, I feel like these would be supportive in the ways I have mentioned.
The system itself works so well I haven’t had to use this resource, which I think speaks for itself. I’m sure the support would be great if it were needed.

I enjoy being able to log in to a one-stop shop where all applications I need to perform my daily duties are there, easily viewed, and easily accessed. The platform I see is perfect for doing just that. My coworkers also voice their happiness worth the platform. The search engine within it is easily accessible and always brings up exactly what I’m searching for. I’ve never had any negative encounters with Bloomfire. With all industries using IT for more and more applications, it is important to have a system that is effective and efficient, Bloomfire is that.
