Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
We are using Bloomreach as a CRM and CX platform, which help us understand user journey and target specific segments in real time. We are using segmentation, website personalization and automatic campaigns as a whole marketing automation strategy. But we also focus on all the customer data, which are used as secondary analytic source.

- There is a lot of space for mistakes in tracking, which is hard to repair
- Bigger revenue from campaigns

In BCE, automations can be created very quickly and everything in this tool can be automated - from automatic data fixing and tracking, to automatic finding of new data like birthday, names, gender and also lot of automated campaigns possibilities with use of ad audiences, webhooks etc.
Bloomreach was way better. It is not in same league as other tools for marketing automation or customer experience.
