Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We decided to use Bloomreach as our customer data platform, The one true single customer view as prior to this customer data was across a lot of different platforms and the company had multiple CRM systems to communicate with the clients. This meant feeding data in from around 10-15 different sources and systems.

Really useful calls with the support team who were always happy to help and when they didnt know the answer they kept at it until they could provide a solution.
This has been a really big improvement in the ability to automate the customer journey and visualise areas for improvements to track the metrics through the journey and also evaluate changes using A/B testing to measure the impacts of changes. It allows easy analyses of the data and also the option to pass this back to our main data platform.
Bloomreach is a really easy to use platform compared to other CRM systems and allow faster integration to the other data sources. It allowed deduping services and the ammonization feature for data protection is really easy to set up which fields contain personal information and therefore remove the data when a customer request it.

Bloomreach is a great way to create a single view of the customer, it has a lot of flexibility around how you can integrate it into different systems. Really useful to ensure you have a segmented view of your clients and automate CRM journeys based on aggregations/ segmentations.
