Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud for a variety of aspects, from email and SMS marketing to analysis and profiling customers, allowing us to grow retention levels and reduce churn. Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is extremely flexible and allows us to build our own reports, and dashboards allowing us to fully analyse BI & MI and the customer journey.
  • It is completely customisable - any report, dashboard of metric you want to build can be built within the platform. Any automation use case you want to build can be built using coding.
  • Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is super user friendly, so you can upskill yourself to learn the ins and outs of the platform without relying on dev teams
  • All data collected on your website sent to Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is actionable, whether by using coding or through using reports to do analysis.
  • All of the technical improvement requests that we have raised with Bloomreach have been actioned, they are very good at actioning on recommendations from customers.
  • Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud has allowed us to put in place high-intent use cases with a pretty complex catalog structure, all of it actioned in-house. Other platforms we used required us to develop custom solutions to facilitate said catalogue structure
Support is one aspect where we have felt that Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud could improve. Support often has a hard time helping out on more complex matters.
As mentioned earlier in this review, all data points are easily actionable using code (jinja) for automated marketing workflows and analysis. Segmentation is super easy and it really allows you to personalise the customer journey, leading to a much better customer experience
In my opinion, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is by far much better than other platform I've used before, the level of customisation you can do within the platform both from a marketing point of view but also from an analytics point of view is incredible.

I think Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is really strong on the journey from analysis to action, through automation marketing, any data point can be used for personalisation. However, if you are only just starting with CRM and don't have much team resource I would say Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is not the most appropriate platform. In my opinion, Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud's best characteristic is it's flexibility and the fact that the power is in your hands, however that takes time & resouce - you will have to invest time and resource to get the full value out of the platform.
