Overall Satisfaction with Board

For our organization, Board has been implemented for overall business analytics which helps us to analyze metrics and optimize budget in various segments of the organization. The provision of predictive analysis has allowed us to make informed decisions and helped us minimize unforeseen challenges. The dashboard has extensive features that provide real-time updates.

Pros

  • It offers extensive tools for documents and reporting.
  • Easy to navigate different functionalities.
  • Data can be readily synced on the cloud.

Cons

  • For first time users, it be complicated to use in the initial period.
  • Is little expensive for small enterprises.
  • The learning curve is steep, training tools can be improved.

  • It's reporting capabilities has reduced manual tasks.
  • It has helped us improved decision making.
It provides vast options of functionalities that we were specifically looking for. It checks off all the requirements form our checklist. The above two stated peers of Board are efficient as well but, the security and BI approach that Board offers combined with its unique features makes it a strong competitor in the market. Although, if you have a limited budget you might want to look somewhere else.
Users who aren't very familiar with programming can easily get their hands on it since it doesn't require prior advanced coding knowledge. It has flexible configuration and you add desired functionalities off the dashboard. It is best suited for marketing and business analytics and provides all the necessary tools for examining as well implementing strategies. For budget constrained organizations it might not be well suited to cater to their needs given the cost of the software.
