Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
Brightpearl is used by our residential sales team during the sales process. It has enabled us to use one account rather than multiple accounts to record sales details such as product and customer information. Brightpearl is also used by our sister company Roccbox and they are using it in the same format for their own sales process.
- Easy integration with the Magento platform. It was paramount for us to find a system that could integrate with Magento successfully and with ease.
- The support team. As we are a small company, staff members are often moved onto different tasks or work on different areas of the company, the support team is a great asset as it provides quick responses for other members of the team that aren't necessarily trained in Brightpearl.
- Training and implementation. As I was involved at the implementation process, I can say that Brightpearl provides thorough training with videos, documentation as well as webinars. The training is also recorded to train other staff members.
- User Experience. The system is easy to use and everything is in one place.
- In some ways, the user experience can be quite overwhelming as there are multiple places to find the same thing. This could be seen as a benefit though as then nothing is missed but I believe it is better to make everything simple and un-cluttered.
- Brightpearl has saved us time which has resulted in more focus on point of sale, therefore, saving us money!
- It has provided our customers with a more effective and simple sales process which has resulted in improvement in overall customer satisfaction.
