Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
Brightpearl is used as a customer management system as well as for stock management. It is used for processing sales, and storing customer and account information. Brightpearl does a good job and covers the basics of everything you require. Versatile use - across a sales team accounts team and warehouse team.

- Ability to amend and adjust different features.
- Better product filter options by different attributes and by quantities available/in stock.
- Ability to export a sales order to an Excel spreadsheet like when a product report is run
- To drag and drop files rather than uploading
- Sales price/pricelist option to work as a % of the cost price instead of sale price
- Compared with previous CRM system it's a great improvement.
- Better stock control and has made seeing what stock is available a lot easier - but could be even better with filters that show more clearly what we have.
- Easy to search for previous orders so it's saved a lot of time in a lot of ways.
Much better and a lot more comprehensive. Iris was so basic in comparison it's not even comparable really.
