Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I use Broadvoice as my telephone system and for faxing. It has been so nice to have it internet based. I love having access to it no matter where I am.

Cons
- The desktop app functions odd to me. It doesn't recall my stored numbers. It gives notifications even if I have already seen the missed call. I don't care for it.

- It is going to save me a lot of money over the years. I switched from several landlines to Broadvoice. Now I have better service and more convenience at a lower monthly cost.
