Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Canto is being used to organize our thousands of images in our small department. We are in the process of demonstrating to other teams how incredibly useful it is with the aim of getting the whole organization on board. It means we can find images quickly, share them with partners and press, and showcase our services in the portal.
- Tagging: manual or automatic, making it really easy to access files and find others.
- Creating space to work collaboratively: saving sending out bulky files and uploading/downloading.
- Straightforward: anybody can pick up Canto and use it, very intuitive.
- Would like to be able to move between portals and library more easily.
- Deleting process is too slow.
- Connectivity with bespoke Wordpress pages is clunky.
- Time saved on searching, sharing, uploading and downloading.
- Better quality images: we are selecting and also getting people to consult the style guide.
- Professional show window to showcase our events.
We looked at cloud storage, etc. but chose Canto for its flexibility, large storage options, and support options as well as the functionality to use with WordPress and the other plugins for designers, etc. The facility to create portals, workspaces, and branding pages was also very attractive to us.
