Overall Satisfaction with Canto
My department uses Canto to house and organize our digital photo assets for marketing and other purposes such as sharing our assets with the rest of the organization. Previously photo assets were kept departmentalized.
- Amazing facial recognition tech.
- The use of portals makes sharing assets very easy.
- Canto warns you when there is a duplicate being added, great when multiple departments attain the same assets over the years.
- Custom branding abilities.
- Too many ways to filter searches, can be overwhelming.
- You cannot right click in Canto.
- Better asset management.
- Very cost effective.
IntelligenceBank ... but it doesn't seem to be on the list ... it needed a lot of functions to be added to be useful

Using Canto
Each faculty at the university can share their assets to everyone at once
9 - We just need one person frome ach faculty who has access to their assets and can upload and tag accordingly
- Facial recognition is very important so that important people are tagged and easily searchable
- We now actually share content
- Expand to more faculties

Our parent company did the purchasing so we didn't have a choice but I believe we chose premium support becuse we have a lot of faculties with different needs so it was just easier.
They extended our onboarding timeframe without an extra charge because we were having difficultie with some of the faculties involved.
